Smoked Turkey

Toby, this one is not just a home run, it's a GRAND SLAM! The 8-pound turkey breast smoked all the way through. Took 4 hours in my Brinkman smoker using Kingsford's hickory chip charcoal. Easter dinner 2009 will be topic of culinary conversations... — Chef #1237488 Apr 13, 2009
