Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Posted by Lorac

This recipe got me in trouble. I have sworn to having a severe dislike for Alfredo sauce. Something about the way this is made changed my mind, and now my chef husband is going to make me try his Alfredo again. Still, it was so good, it's worth... — Joseph Brown Apr 5, 2008

Bourbon Chicken

Posted by LinMarie

I am very new to cooking, and I am married to a chef, talk about pressure. This recipe was easy, we had most of the stuff on hand, and my 5-year old daughter absolutely loves it. Easy to cook, kid friendly, and just downright yummy - awesome! — Joseph Brown Apr 5, 2008

Mean Chef Chicken, Andouille, Ham and Okra Gumbo

General Tso's Chicken

Posted by Ray Atkinson

General Tso's chicken was not bad. It was easy to make, however it waws a little to orangey for my taste. I served it with rice and stir fry veggies. — Joseph Brown Mar 3, 2004

This was delicious. I had never had Philipino food that tasted good, so my expectations were low, but my wife and I both loved it (she is philipino). It was easy to make, inexpensive, and well worth the search. — Joseph Brown Feb 19, 2004
