i added less salt, which i regret! more garlic, no flour or oil. I also put in a large handful of fresh cilantro and mint. Amazing. They didnt break up, because i ground the peas extra fine in the processor to act as 'glue'. Added a fresh green... — Brit in America Jun 2, 2009

i substituted half and half, added a dash of ground celery seed, a minced clove of garlic & processed half the soup & added it back. LOVE THIS SOUP, but think next time i will add 2tbsp sherry or madeira. — Brit in America Apr 24, 2009

Peanut Butter Cookies

I made up a half batch of these yummy cookies, and added vietnamese cinnamon and sugar to dip my fork in, and sprinkled some over as they came out of the oven....mmmmm. Baked for 11 minutes - too long! I say just great at 10! — Brit in America Mar 14, 2009
