Chewy Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Did just what the author did, used 1 cup of freshly peeled and diced apples. These cookies get RAVE reviews, I've forwarded the link to them many times. My only recommendation, do a test batch on your cookie sheet to see if you need to grease it... — Chef #1189588 Mar 2, 2009
