Low-Fat Oatmeal Muffins

Posted by spatchcock

Great muffin to fill the void. I added a few semi sweet chocolate chips, and some chopped walnuts. These cooked in 17 minutes at 400 degrees for me. I also only had old fashioned oats and soaked them for 30 minutes. — Chef #1173385 Aug 30, 2009

Wow, we found these not good at all. I'm not sure what it was, but we'd rather have our turkey burgers plain. — Chef #1173385 Aug 16, 2009

Ah-mazing. I thickened mine with cornstarch and apple juice per some other reviews, Next time I will follow another reviewer and use the thigh meat, to get closer to that restaurant texture. There was enough sauce for me and my daughter, but my... — Chef #1173385 May 19, 2009

Creamed Chipped Beef Sos

I love the this recipe it is a fantastic base for what my dad taught my mom to make from the air force. We also add frozen peas and it was a little bland and I couldn't figure out until later that it was missing the onion powder. My mom always... — Chef #1173385 May 19, 2009

Apple Crisp

The filling is excellent. I used red delicious apples and listened to Bev and added a 1/4 cup brown sugar to the apples and a TBS to the topping. Next time I will do the original topping but it is soooo good. — Chef #1173385 May 14, 2009

DH loved them and DD ate every last bite. DH requested we make more of the seasoning and thicker to add as it's cooking, we grilled and this recipe will become a staple in our grilled chops. — Chef #1173385 May 12, 2009
