Dill Tilapia and Spinach

Posted by jellyko

Tasty, but I had to reduce the fluids to get the concentrated sauce down to anywhere near 1/4 cup. In my view the cashews do not go with the other flavors. I realize this is RSC, but I would have used pine nuts I think — Pabbit Mar 7, 2005

Best Albondigas Soup

(8 people found this helpful) Posted by RuizA

I needed to replicate what a friend called "bondigas" soup. I used this recipe and he said "that's it"! Thank you! I used my own meatball recipe as I had just made some. They were cooked, but that did not change the time I simmered them.... — Pabbit Feb 21, 2005

Gingersnaps

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Aroostook

I was looking for a truely "snappy" ginder snap and this one did the trick when baked 11 minutes! I live in a moist climate so snap was a difficult thing to come by! Even more ginger could be used for the ginger adict, but the amount here works... — Pabbit Jan 30, 2005

Ann's Soft Sugar Cookies

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Some1sGrandma

The only recipe I use! As they are soft, they make nice thicker cookies, just over 1/4 inch thick. Cooking time is the same but watch closely. — Pabbit Jan 23, 2005

Heather's Safe to Eat Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Posted by dukeswalker

What an excellent idea! And very tastey! If you take the chips down to 1 cup and use mini morsels there is still plenty of chocolate and this becomes low fat! takes out almost 25% of the calories and 1/2 the fat! — Pabbit Jan 22, 2005

Millionaire Pie

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by PaulaG

The sweetened condensed milk Millionaire Pie is definitely the way to go (instead of cream cheese and sugar). I don't go for the fruit cocktail though. I guess I am a traditionalist. I took out the cocktail and put in the traditional pineapple... — Pabbit Jun 6, 2004

Awesome.Great consistency. I used cream instead of milk as I was on a mission to use up a container of whipping cream. I microwaved the cream and marshmallows in2 one minute intervals, added the chocolate and microwaved one minute more. So easy! — Pabbit May 30, 2004
