Aish's Grated Potato Kugel

The first time I made this, I ended up adding a lot of extra starch because the mixture seemed too liquidy. The result was an outstanding potato kugel that had the texture and taste of a baked latke (yum!). This is a keeper! — Chaim L May 11, 2009
