this is the best recipe I've tried for a lemon loaf. My husband can't stop eating it!!! I added 2 tbsp. of poppy seeds (did it more for the look not so much for taste). One thing, next time I will double the glaze, as we liked how chewy the loaf... — momofonelittlemonkey Jun 15, 2009
