Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Excellent and easy! The tenderloin stays moist, and is fork-tender. I didn't have the exact herbs and had to substitute a few, but the recipe was still wonderful. My very picky husband loved it, and wants me to make it again. — rather be at the barn... Jun 10, 2009
