Hunan Dumplings with Peanut Butter Sauce

The dumplings were amazing. I tweaked the recipe a little by adding a green onion finely chopped and 1 egg beaten in the ground meat. The sauce wasn't quite exactly what you eat at the restaurant. I'm not sure if is because i cannot find rice... — Chef #1125389 Jan 14, 2009
