Yummy Creamy Rice Pudding

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Barb Gertz

Excellent rice pudding! Very easy to make and very creamy. I subsituted low fat half and half for the milk and left out the raisins and it came out great! Thanks Barb. — MissMeagan Feb 27, 2008

Awesome brownies! Everyone who has tried them loved them, they're worth a little more effort over the boxed kind. Thanks! — MissMeagan Sep 30, 2006

These are the best oatmeal cookies I have ever had. And it's true, the first step is very important. — MissMeagan Sep 23, 2006

Crispy Tilapia

Awesome fish! The cornmeal really makes it nice and crunchy. Your house does kind of smell fishy for a while but that happens anytime you fry fish. Thanks! — MissMeagan Feb 20, 2006

Fat Free Pumpkin Pudding

Posted by MsTeechur

Absolutely delicious! Easy to make and you can have a good amount of it for 0 points. Defnintely needs the lite whipped topping but really makes you feel like you're eating something you shouldn't be! Thanks! — MissMeagan Jan 26, 2006

Zesty, Gooey Chicken Breast (Low Fat, Lite? You Guess)

Delicious and incredibly easy meal! I tried it with Newman's own peach salsa. A little sweeter but still zesty (it's medium). Thanks! — MissMeagan Jul 6, 2005

Salmon with Brazilian Rub

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Iowahorse

It's taken me a while to review this but it's the only way I make salmon now! I use a little less chili powder but everything else is just delicious! The flavor of the rub offsets the fishiness of salmon. Thanks! — MissMeagan May 18, 2005

Chocolate-Cinnamon Quesadillas

Posted by Barb Gertz

I love these! I make them all the time now when I'm craving chocolate. I sometimes put walnuts in them or a few butterscotch chips. Thanks for a great idea! — MissMeagan Apr 3, 2005

Creamy Pumpkin Soup - for weight watching people

I love this recipe. I left out the curry because I don't like it and sage because I didn't have any, but I added cinnamon. It was delicious. Thanks! — MissMeagan Feb 14, 2005

My whole family loved this one, even though they never thought they'd eat barley. Thanks! — MissMeagan Feb 14, 2005

Light Carrot Cocoa Snack Cake --(Brownies)

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Kasha

It may have defeated some of the lowfat purpose, but I added some chocolate chips and they were delicious. They'll satisfy you if you want some chocolate but they're not quite like regular brownies. Thanks for sharing! — MissMeagan Jan 31, 2005

Awesome cookies! Almost like brownies! You can make them with any kind of cake mix. I tried yellow cake mix with butterscotch and chocolate chips. Yummy. — MissMeagan Apr 4, 2004

Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Posted by Kiiah

I thought these were great. They don't taste like pumpkin and they're really fudgy. I added some water to the batter because it was too thick to stir and cooked 30 min. — MissMeagan Feb 2, 2004

Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Narshmellow

Delicious. Just be sure to space out the cookies well on the cookie sheet. One sheet turned into a mess. I just crumbled it up and used it for brownie or ice cream topping. — MissMeagan Jan 9, 2004
