Teri's Country Fried Steak

Posted by terirose22

Was very good just had a different taste than what I am used to. Also, the cube steak is VERY hard to work with...you dip it and it falls right apart. Will try again tho just to make sure it wasn't error on my part. — DaddysBabyDoll Oct 26, 2009

Yummy! Just what I needed for a cold Iowa morning. Perfect amount of sweetness and chocolate. Simple to make too. This is a keeper! — DaddysBabyDoll Oct 22, 2009

Hamburger Stroganoff

Very very good Edited to add-I think this has a bit too much onion in it so next time I make it I will make without the onion and with 1 1/2 T of the onion soup mix. I don't like onions tho, and can be sensitive to their taste so that may be it.... — DaddysBabyDoll Jul 31, 2009

Easy Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Posted by FaithfulCookInNC

I liked it a lot, but my husband prefers another one that I make off here. It turned out very creamy. Only problem I had with it was that in spots you could taste the egg, but that may have just been error on my part. Next time tho, I will try it... — DaddysBabyDoll Jul 31, 2009

Chicken-Fried Steak (Chicken With Creamy Gravy)

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by KITTENCAL

Okay, the chicken part of this recipe is right on. It tastes perfect! If you are having issues with the crackers falling off then your chicken breasts are too dry. Wet them a bit and it works perfectly. ETA: July 19, I fixed these again this week... — DaddysBabyDoll Jul 20, 2009

Oven Mac and Cheese

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by iewe

This has got to be the worst that I have ever made. It has way to much butter in it. I ended up with a greasy mess that had a layer of butter sitting on the top an inch deep. Will not make again. — DaddysBabyDoll Jul 12, 2009

Oven Baked Pork Chops

Posted by Tammi

Very good and Very moist. Because I had problems getting the stuffing to coat real well, I dipped in egg, stuffing, egg and stuffing. Worked out real well and they coating was even. Will make my chops like this from now on. — DaddysBabyDoll Jul 9, 2009

French Toast II

Posted by Cheryl Thebeau-Blevins

Just wasn't cinnamonny (is that a real word?) enough for us. And there's way too many eggs in this. It's like cooking bread with scrambled eggs over them. Had spots of egg whites cooked onto the bread. — DaddysBabyDoll Jun 23, 2009

Family Favorite Chicken Noodle Soup

Posted by JanuaryBride

Awesome recipe! I changed it a little and only added 2 large garlic cloves and added another bag of noodles cause one wasn't quite enough for me. Next time I won't use as much pepper either..for some reason I could taste it really well...could... — DaddysBabyDoll Mar 21, 2009

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Tasted good, but mine did not set either. I can make fudge normally, so I don't know if it was me or the recipe, but it did taste fantastic — DaddysBabyDoll Mar 20, 2009

A very good frosting. It wasn't too sweet and wasn't too bitter. I will definately use it again. I used it spread on top of peanut butter bars. Yummy! — DaddysBabyDoll Mar 16, 2009
