Banana and Oat Bars

Very easy and yummy, they do smell great while baking. I used old fashioned oats because that is what I had and it worked fine. I topped them off with a half batch of cream cheese icing (Cream Cheese Frosting)which added a little extra sweetness. — Jenifer F. Jul 14, 2004

I tried this recipe because all of the excelent reviews, they were right. I served this cole slaw for Thanksgiving and it was great. I used sour cream in place of the buttermilk just because that is what I had. I will definitely make this again. — Jenifer F. Nov 27, 2003
