This recipe was tasty, but I have to say that I think it needs to marinate much longer than 3 hours. MODIFICATIONS: I used half cayenne and half black pepper. Instead of a saucepan, I heated up the mixture in the micro. — Mrs. May makes dinner! Jun 17, 2009

This was delicious! The only problem I had with it was that the crispy crumb coating got soggy once I squeezed the lemon over it. Once I figured out this problem, I started transferring them to the broiler after the squeezing....so it got to be... — Mrs. May makes dinner! Jun 17, 2009
