Southwest Salad

Posted by GreenEyedLS

Really easy and yummy! I browned some meat in some taco seasoning, salt, pepper, onion flakes, and cumin and placed on top of the salad along with a few slices of jalapeno. Absolutely delicious. Could probably also substitute rice for the corn... — Abbs <3 Aug 7, 2009

I really liked this, and I loved the sauce...but I wanted more chicken! I was wary about the canned tomatoes, but they were still delicious along with the rest of the dish. — Abbs <3 Jul 27, 2009

So easy and delicious! I didn't have fresh basil either so I put about 1/4 tsp of dried basil in the dressing to make up for it. The dressing was delicious and light and something I could make everyday. Loved it! — Abbs <3 Jul 10, 2009

Chicken and Broccoli

I really enjoyed this, and my boyfriend enjoyed it also. I used a litle bit more red pepper flakes so it had a nice kick...and apparently was out of parm so I used mozz. It was still delicious, though! — Abbs <3 Jul 9, 2009

OMG so good and so easy! I used just a little bit more of the cheese and also used Ken's sauce. Delicious. I literally just finished cooking this, and I think I am going to throw it oven like Zanni did while I wait for my boyfriend to come home!... — Abbs <3 Jul 7, 2009
