Easy Dump Cake

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Tebo

Loved the taste---very addictive. It was a bit mushy, more of a cobbler than a cake, but wonderful with whipped cream. I put some coconut on the bottom instead of the nuts (to save a trip to the store) and it was great. — Janet Knowles Dec 23, 2006

These were very light and tasty and easy to make. I did have to add just a little bit more flour. The batter seemed a bit thin for biscuits. — Janet Knowles Apr 28, 2005

I made this for lunch and it came out perfect, even omitting the 2nd rising (I couldn't wait that long to eat)! It was actually very easy to make. My son, who is the Pizza-Master, gave it a full-mouthed thumbs up. Thanks, Steve! — Janet Knowles Apr 15, 2005

2 Minute Scallops

I was craving seafood but didn't want to spend a lot of time at the stove. This hit the spot. I used orange cherry marmalade, a sprinkling of ground ginger, and a bit of parsley and chopped chives, and...YUM! Thanks for posting, Latchy! — Janet Knowles Jan 29, 2005

I had a similar recipe years ago given to me by an elderly aunt. I lost it and despaired I would ever find another one as good. The orange juice in this one made it especially tasty. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!! — Janet Knowles Nov 14, 2003
