Low Fat delicious Bread Pudding

Wonderfull. Best Bread I have ever made. Have tried a lot from diet to not healthy. Was fluffy and light only halved everthing. Used 3 whole eggs and caster sugar. Broke up pieces of stale french stick, just as good. Thanks for that. — GEEJAY 2 May 30, 2008

Realy liked this potato dish. I have one made with lte cream cheese that every one loves at BBQs Its mashed potato put in casserole with grated onion & 1 pkt lte cream cheese all mixed in. Fresh bread crumbs on top and baked for about 1/2 hour. — GEEJAY 2 Jun 24, 2002

I made this in slow cooker, crock pot. Just put all in crock pot leaving out butter & using cornflour instead of flour, Only used 2 oxtails and less stock. Cooked it all day on low then skimed off fat. Boy did we love it. X Kiwi. — GEEJAY 2 Jul 23, 2001
