Stove Top Rice Pudding from Leftover Rice

We tried this tonite with leftover basmati and it was wonderful! I let my 10 yo make it, and he had no trouble following the instructions. Thanks- I was really trying to find something for leftover rice and this was really special! — farmergirl thuja Dec 11, 2008
