I love these no sour cream and olives though. They are very easy to prepare and taste nicer if the meat is tender. If the meat is too tuff they become hard to eat. — Ben Ross Dec 2, 2002

Beef with Tomato and Green Peppers

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Dancer^

Fantastic dish. I used powdered garlic instead of crushed, it was really nice but I would say that crushed would probably be better. I learnt that make shore you don't overcook the beef. I nearly did but, I just saved it. — Ben Ross Nov 26, 2002

I agree with gay. Also too many ingredients makes a dish too complictated, I would say a few of the spices could have been left out. It had a nice flavour though! — Ben Ross Dec 11, 2001

My sister cooked a similar recipe except she uses bacon instead of beef. After trying this one I would say I would prefer this one but, I would say you could even try to add chicken. — Ben Ross Dec 10, 2001

I didn't want to add a rating because I have not cooked this but, how could this possibly feed 9. We have roast meatbird at home and it will only feed 4-5 so how can 1 chicken feed 9? Don't take offence I was just wondering. — Ben Ross Dec 6, 2001

I love garlic but, I found that it dominated the taste a bit too much. I would suggest adding a bit of ginger in place of about half the garlic. — Ben Ross Dec 5, 2001
