Carole's Candied Yams With Rum Sauce

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were a huge hit! I used Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum (bc that was what I had on hand) so it gave it some spice. Super easy to make and the best yams I have had. Thanks! — Chef #1050613 Nov 28, 2008
