Raspberry (green Tomato) Jam

I was pretty skeptical about this at first, but with 10lbs of green tomato--what the heck! I used sugar-free strawberry jello and it turned out GREAT! It looks AND tastes just like strawberry jam. Will definately keep this recipe! — Texas Daisy Nov 25, 2008
