Posted by Megan's Mommy

This reminded me of the sauce you get at the steak house. I had to do a little ingredient shopping but it was well worth it. Greta with anything! Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC FAll 2009. — EliteTwig Oct 10, 2009

A lovely autumnal meal, served this with rice. The creaminess of the sauce was full of flavour. I had to omit the mushrooms (DH) and swap them for sweetcorn. Great Recipe, Made as part of PAC Fall 2009. — EliteTwig Sep 22, 2009

Salmon Patties

I didn't have any salmon so I grab the tuna. Had to guess roughly about how much Ritz to use but these are really tasty. The bonus of this recipe is it's easy and the patties are seasoned to your own liking. Thumbs up from the DH! — EliteTwig Apr 9, 2009

As part of PAC 2009, I found this recipe easy and simple. I substituted the cocoa powder, as I had none, for chocolate syrup which helped loosen the batter. I did these in a round tin and they looked good and tasted even better!! I use Lavender... — EliteTwig Apr 2, 2009

OAMC Chili

Very easy to make, with ingredients that are not expensive. I served the chili with some flour tortillas. I found the taste slightly bland and felt it need a flavour with punch. May add some other spices next time. — EliteTwig Mar 23, 2009
