Easy Baked Pork Chops With Gravy and Rice

Posted by Jessica1

Simply Outstanding! EASY IS BEST for me. Used fresh ground pepper and added 5 minutes to each cooking time (wanted pork done) and served over buttered wide noodles...wife and I loved it! Certainly a keeper! — Newbie Old Guy Jul 31, 2009

Made this per the recipe w/ancho chili pwdr. I enjoyed it greatly but Mama thought it was a little "warm" for her. Baked for 4 hrs but next time will bake them longer and served w/ BBQ sauce on the side. — Newbie Old Guy May 12, 2009

More stars needed! These are outstanding! No time for photos; they lasted 5 minutes, next time. They were flavorful, pretty, aromatic and very well worth the lengthy prep time. — Newbie Old Guy Dec 16, 2008

Italian Bread

Posted by Chef Larry

Made this exactly as written; WAAY TOO WET. I'm a novice now but will reduce water and add flour (I used all-purpose) to even get close to "dough" as I know it. It tasted wonderful but was just thicker than waffle batter. I'll try again and... — Newbie Old Guy Dec 11, 2008

I'm a 63 year old guy who has just discovered bread baking. I have about 15 loaves under my belt so far so I can't speak from a lot of experience but.....this is beyond superb! I used the countertop mixer and used the 1/2 cup of butter; Oh... — Newbie Old Guy Nov 17, 2008
