YUCH ! Threw it all out. Waaayyy tooooo salty. I even wiped the salt off the eggplant first AND I DIDN'T add any salt to the tomatoes like the recipe called for. If I had my blood tested right now I think my sodium level would be critically high.... — red setter Feb 5, 2009

Very good chili recipe - would definitely make again. Used 15 oz. tomatoe sauce and 15 oz. tomatoe juice and lots of FRANKS HOT SAUCE - gives it a better flavor. Next time I would just leave out the cayenne pepper, Franks hot sauce is a much... — red setter Nov 18, 2008
