My son (9 months) seemed to enjoy this. I substituted broccoli for the peas--he's allergic-- and used sweet potato instead of a white potato. I added some brown rice to give more texture and complete the meal. — Jenfrito Sep 30, 2008

This was quite tasty. I also felt it needed quite a bit of salt. I added a beef bouliion cube and then tasted and still added a bit more salt. The next time I made it I added a pinch of crushed chiles. Mmmmmmm — Jenfrito Nov 14, 2004
