Potato Soup

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by msouth

Wonderful soup!! Nice and creamy and so simple to make.I left the potatoes alittle lumpy and we all liked the consistency. I used 5 cups of 2 percent milk and 1 cup of chicken broth. I used Wondra flour and didn't have any problems with lumps.... — Boca Pat Feb 27, 2006

This soup was wonderful. I didn't change a thing. The amount of spice was just perfect. I garnished it with sharp cheddar and sour cream. I've made it twice already and I'll be making it many more times. Thanks Little Bee for such a great soup... — Boca Pat Feb 19, 2006
