Easy Way Lasagna

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by MizzNezz

My whole family enjoyed this. I used 1 can of Hunts traditional spag. sauce and thought the whole thing tasted great. It wasn't clear if I should cook the lasagna noodles ahead of time or not, so I half cooked them. — Lael Bagnall Sep 26, 2005

Crock Pot Italian Beef

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by LAURIE

This was okay. It did take 24 hours, unlike some other people's reviews suggested. I thought the flavor was good, but it made so much and the leftovers weren't as good. Next time I will make half the size roast and cook for 12 hours. — Lael Bagnall Sep 26, 2005

Oven-Fried Garlic Chicken

Very east to make. I made this ahead of time and popped in the oven for my husband and kids while I went out. Easy for him and easy for me. My two toddlers (4 and 3) each ate 2 chicken legs. My husband liked it to. — Lael Bagnall May 12, 2004

Excellent. I found this recipe in my Quick COoking magazine and we made these last night. They are thick and juicy. We served them with slices of Colby Jack cheese. Very yummy and full of flavor. — Lael Bagnall May 10, 2004

Boston Market Meatloaf

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Mille® ™

Absolutely the best meatloaf I have ever tasted. It was easy to make. Definitely used Top ground sirloin. I am sure that makes a difference in the taste and consistency. Loved that it cooked all the way through due to the slicing halfway... — Lael Bagnall Mar 22, 2004

Olive Garden Copycat Zuppa Toscana

Perfecto!!! I used the italian sausage in a roll and just browned it on top of the stove. Worked great. I honestly believe this could stand side by side with the OG stuff and no one would be able to tell the difference. Reheats well, too.... — Lael Bagnall Mar 22, 2004

Funky Chicken With Sesame Noodles

Posted by Mirj

The chicken in the this dish was good. Would be good on a salad, but the noodles were not a hit with our family. My husband about choked on the first bite. My kids sort of scoffed and ate the chicken. I also thought the prep was a mess!!!! — Lael Bagnall Mar 7, 2004

I absolutely love this!! I don't roll it in nuts though. Instead, I roll it in more mini-choc chips. I serve it with the chocolate Graham Cracker Stix the sell in the grocery store. I make this at least once a month and I eat most of it... — Lael Bagnall Mar 4, 2004

Toffee Dip with Apples

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Lorrie

As promised, this recipe delivered!!! Very good. However, I ended up adding lemon juice to the apples because they were still browning with the pineapple juice. Next time I will stick with just lemon juice to keep them from browning. — Lael Bagnall Oct 31, 2003
