RECIPE: Irish Fisherman's Stew
Nice and filling and rather healthy, too! I used a little extra garlic and about 12 oz of boneless cod fillet. Using the boneless fish saved me from the step of deboning the fish after it cooked. I also liked reading the story behind this recipe....

Thanks for the fantastic recipe! The only change I made was by adding some diced onion to the sauce and seasoning my halibut filets. The flavor was amazing and the recipe was easy to prepare, but presented like a dish in a fine restaurant....
