Help!
Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.
I put them on a sheet and covered with foil in a 250 degree oven then reduced to 200 for about another 40 minutes. When I took them out all the juices...

RECIPE: Sweet Pickle Relish
I love this recipe! It is sweet but I like it that way! I added a bit more cukes as I had to use them up and there was plenty of juice. Turned out perfect! I will preserve my cucumbers this way every harvest!

First off, these ingredients are right off the Minute Tapioca box. So I hope the canning time is correct. This smells delicious. I hope this is good as I am canning 7 bushels with this recipe..YES 7 BUSHELS! That is 350 pounds. It smelled so good...

RECIPE: Canned (Bottled) Salsa
This was the first thing I ever canned. I wasn't sure at first how it would come out but once I got it canned and tried it out I couldn't get enough of it. I already going to can my second batch. Thanks!
