RECIPE: Shortcake (Sockerkaka)

Oh my--this is so wonderful. It's perfect for strawberry shortcake. It has a yummy light texture that soaks up the juices and sugar from the strawberries. I didn't use bread crumbs to coat the pan--just sprayed with Pam which made the cake...

RECIPE: Carrot-Apple Salad

Easy and low calorie, can't wait to make it again, I may add some sunflower seeds or raisins or dried cranberries or maybe a tablespoon of bacon bits or. . .? Used "Greek Yogurt" with this. Thank you!
