A different and colorful salad dressing, not too oil-heavy. And it's vegan! I can get sunflower oil cheaply from a Mexican grocer nearby but if you can't find it, canola oil or salad oil will work in a pinch. I prefer to use frozen blueberries... MORE»

RECIPE: Black and Red Fiesta Beans With Rice

great recipe, very healthy, filling, and takes great. I used a can of diced tomato w/ juice rather than tomato sauce. I will be making this again soon!

RECIPE: Asian Style Savory Baked Tofu

Really good - I've made this 3 times in the past few weeks as I love having it on hand to munch on or throw into stir-fry dishes. I keep forgetting to buy rice wine so I've left that out, but other than that I've followed the recipe exactly...
