RECIPE: Roasted Cauliflower & 16 Roasted Cloves of Garlic

This is an excellent way to prepare cauliflower! I transferred mine to a serving bowl, so I could capture all the wonderful drippings that fell to the bottom of the pan. Thanks for a great recipe!

RECIPE: Green Split Pea & Barley Soup

SOme of the best soup I have EVER HAD! I love pea soup but wanted something different. This was it. I loved the barley and the fresh dill. I added some chopped ham which gave this soup a nice mild smoky flavor. I will make this many times again....

RECIPE: Carrot Apple Muffins

These had a great flavor, not too sweet and were moist, but a bit too dense. Maybe I would use some unbleached white flour instead of all whole wheat. Would be good with some dried cranberries added. Made for Fall 2009 My 3 Chefs game.
