I normally do all of the cooking in my family. My wife and kids loved these dumplings. You made me look like a real winner. I definitely want to make this again at Thanksgiving.

I was a bit skeptical at first wondering how the turkey would turn out, but it ended up being great. I was nice and tender. I did add about 1/4 c water and 1/4 c wine to help with the moisture since I knew it was going to be on warm for a while...
