Help!
Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.
I put them on a sheet and covered with foil in a 250 degree oven then reduced to 200 for about another 40 minutes. When I took them out all the juices...

RECIPE: Tuna Noodle Casserole
Good recipe! I was looking for a tuna noodle cassarole without cream of soup — and here it was!! We dont like mushrooms and I didnt have pimentos, so I added onion, garlic and celery. My son loved it!!

RECIPE: Lemon Pepper & Mustard Baked Ahi / Mahi Mahi / Salmon
I mixed a bit of lime with the lemon juice, and I added a tad of Molasses to the sauce. My wife loved it!!

RECIPE: Perfect Tuna Mornay
This was really tasty! That little sprinkle of cayenne pepper made this meal. I didn't change a bit of this, it was cooked to perfection and loved by the whole family (kids aged 7 &5). Thanks, will definitely make again.
