Slow-Roasted Turkey Breast With Gravy

This preparation will NOT produce a turkey breast with crispy skin. In fact, I normally remove the skin completely (and discard it) after the turkey has cooked. The meat comes out wonderfully moist and the gravy is out-of-this-world! MORE»

RECIPE: How to Brine and Roast a Turkey

I give this recipe 5 stars because not only is the brine fabulous, making a moist and tender bird, but also for the roasting method. These are simple and helpful instructions, especially for first timers. Thanks!

RECIPE: Pumpkin Dump Cake

Way too rich. I didn't love the flavor combination of the yellow cake and pumpkin pie. The nuts with the pumpkin is a nice combo, but I will not make this again. It looks really pretty, but I will be scraping off the topping.
