Thai Inspired Butternut Squash Curry

This is my take on a vegetarian curry. You can make it as mild or spicy as you like by just adjusting the amount of green curry paste. Remember one of the keys to a great curry is proper seasoning so make sure you taste and adjust as needed. MORE»

Thai Green Curry Paste

This is another from Keo's Thai Cuisine. Green curry paste is the hottest of the Thai curries. The shrimp paste is optional, so it can be served to those allergic to shellfish or kosher. If you use the salt and not the fish sauce, it becomes... MORE»

Thai Harvest Red Rice Salad

Posted by UmmBinat

This is good. Thai red rice is unmilled (like brown rice) and takes longer to cook than polished rice like jasmine. However, because the grains are slender, they cook more quickly than other unmilled rices and use less water. Use a heavy-bottomed... MORE»

RECIPE: Delectable Spicy, Sweet and Salty Tofu!

Two thumbs up from us for this tasty, yet very simple tofu dish. I'd like to use this sauce on a stir fry, not just tofu. It's really nice, and we had it without the almonds. I think with some roasted nuts it would be exceptional.
