RECIPE: Date Loaf
This was a very nice loaf, even tho I accidentally skipped #2. I used a whole pkg of dates so it was a little more than 1 cup - maybe 1 1/3 cups? Perhaps that accounted for the extra sweetness? Next time I would still cut back on the brown...

RECIPE: Peach Cobbler
As written this was WAY too sweet. I did make it again with changes and it was good. The second time I used 1/4 cup of sugar and a 1/4 of splenda in the batter and no sugar in the filling. I followed the rest of the recipe as written.
