RECIPE: Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake (Death by Chocolate!)

I made these for a dessert tray, using a mini-cheesecake pan (these are smaller than a muffin pan, very cute). These were WONDERFUL, truly a 10--a star on the plate. In my oven, with my mini pan (cast iron) these took about 15-17 minutes to bake...

RECIPE: Hot & Fruity Quesadilla

One of my fathers favorite sayings is "If it doesn't drip off the elbows its not any good". Well dad would like this one. Made using whole wheat tortillas and strawberry preserves. Thinking another review had a good idea using corn tortillas....

RECIPE: Sweet Potato Casserole

Made this for my husband's potluck, he loves sweet potato, i don't but i love love love this recipe. Even though I probably will go into sugar shock! LOL isnt that what the Holidays are for. His coworkers all loved it. Thanks for a great recipe
