RECIPE: Swedish Baked Pancake

We thought this was pretty bland - spiced up it could be pretty good. It was super easy though. I baked it in a 11x7 but would recommend a 9X13 to thin it out just a bit. We topped this with a peach rum sauce and peaches.

I didn't add the lemon pepper. I actually didn't see it listed at all and I'm glad I didn't. It just doesn't seem to fit in a swedish meatball for me. I also saw no reason to add the milk after I had the mixture in the bowl. What I ended up...
