RECIPE: Baba Ghanoush - the Best in the World!

I am Egyptian so I know what baba ghanoush should taste like. This was my first attempt at it and OMG, this was Awesome!!!! I added a little bit more tahini and used 3 cloves of garlic with a microplane. Perfect balance. Thanks 4 sharing!!
