RECIPE: Ethiopian Cabbage

Very tasty recipe. There was way too much potato and way too little cabbage, however, and I recommend cooking it with 2-3 potatoes and a whole head of cabbage. The flavor was great, and similar to restaurants I've been to.

RECIPE: Ethiopian Lentils With Berebere Spice Mix

I love Ethiopian food, and this is a very good recipe. I took longer than 30 minutes to prepare (mainly roasting chiles), but it was worth it. I also added some hot peppers as the recipe is not very hot.
