Mom's Pan Turkey Gravy

Super easy gravy to make and VERY tasty! I use this recipe to make chicken gravy as well. Can also be used to make a delicious gravy for roasts, just use beef broth instead of chicken. Came from my mom, as most everything does! MORE»

Elegant Potatoes Au Gratin

This make ahead comes from a Byerly's cookbook. Refrigerate overnight and pop in the oven in time for dinner. I like to boil the red potatoes 2 days ahead, to eliminate the mushy factor. And notice how it bakes at 350 degrees instead of a... MORE»

Grandma Thompson's Cornbread Dressing

This is like a religion in my family. You do not mess with it and everyone is a part of making it. This is a combination of corn and white bread. It is simple, but so deliscious. This is a traditional recipe that has been handed down through at... MORE»

Brown Rice Harvest Dressing

Sausage Meat Bake

From: michelles3boys

On Monday, May 12, 2008

quote I absolutely loathe touching raw meat, especially chicken. I never feel like I can get my hands clean enough afterward. I sometimes wash them 2 or 3 times before I feel satisfied that I have gotten off all the bacteria that was on the chicken.

RECIPE: My Southern Pineapple Dressing

Great recipe. I'm very familiar with pineapple dressing, but the addition of dried fruit (I used cherries) and nuts is really outstanding. My 8 dinner guests raved about it, but we were only able to eat slightly more than half of the entire...

RECIPE: Stuffing Royale

Mah-velous! We love Hawaiian bread and this was a great way to use it. I omitted the celery and almonds due to family preference. I might try with dried cranberries instead of raisins, too. Thank you, Sydney Mike!

RECIPE: Creamy Vegetable Bake

Easy and delicious. The best words I can use to describe this. I served this with beer can chicken, there wasn't any leftovers. If that's not a vote for a five star rating, I don't know what is. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC, Spring 2008
