I bought a mozzarella-basil-prosciutto roll and now I'm not sure what to do with it. Basically it's thin prosciutto and basil rolled up in mozzarella to make a sort of log. I tried it just sliced thin on crackers, but it's not doing it for me. Any other ideas for this?
Thanks!

RECIPE: Squash, Potatoes and Onions- Oh My!
This turned out even better than I thought. So easy and healthy too. I used butter instead of margarine. Thanks for the recipe ![]()

RECIPE: Spicy Green Bean Stir Fry
This was excellent - tender crisp green beans and great flavor. I did leave out the black bean sauce b/c I didn't have any.

RECIPE: Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry
This was tasty. My whole family liked it and there were no leftovers. I like that in stir fry. Maybe next time I will add some other ingredients, like egg and peas.
