I am using 102 OZ of canned crushed tomatoes to make salsa to be canned. Do I still need to add vinegar to this recipe and if so, will this change the taste of my recipe? I do not want a sour flavor.

RECIPE: Ginger Squid Japanese Style (Ika Shoga Yaki)
These were scrumptious, Really quick and easy to make. I just served them with some salad. I was great meal. I did add some pepper flakes for a little kick, just personal taste. I will be making this often. Thank you

RECIPE: Fried Calamari
My grandson's( 11 & 6) loved them, as well as myself. Not to spicy- just perfect. The 6 year old helped in preparation and thinks he is "Bobby Flay". Thanks for a great recipe!
