I want to make on Sunday, to serve on Monday. Is it best to put it in the refrigerator uncooked until Monday or cook then put in refrigerator and reheat Monday? Thanks!

RECIPE: Honey-Spinach Salad
Quick to fix and different from the typical spinach salad. Dressing was quite good, not overly sweet but definitely had a honey flavor. Would be great with grilled chicken or shrimp to make a main dish salad. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
