RECIPE: Oven-Fried Chicken Chimichangas

This is exactly the same recipe i use all the time.. its awesome!!!! i do add jalapeno ( love spicy) and instead of margerine i spray the chimichungas with cooking spray.. works like a charm and less fat too

RECIPE: Chicken Curry Soup with Coconut and Lime

Recipe was good but it felt like it was missing something, can't really figure out what it is though. Also, made it twice, second time we added another can of coconut milk which made it better, but it was still missing something.

Excellent. Instead of margarine, I brushed the tortillas with olive oil, turned out perfect. Picky kids loved it, and husband & I argued over the left-overs!
