Clams Smoked Paprika

Posted by Rinshinomori

I love saltwater clams cooked in many styles. The biggest factor in cooking clams is to not overcook. As soon as they are opened, they are done. Get rid of any clams that do not open because they are dead before cooking. In this recipe, I am... MORE»

RECIPE: Lemon Caper Stuffed Eggs

I made these for a company party and everyone raved about them! I added more lemon juice than the recipe calls for and put in quite a bit of hot sauce. I also chopped the onion and put the pieces in the mix, rather than the juice of the onion.
