Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.
I put them on a sheet and covered with foil in a 250 degree oven then reduced to 200 for about another 40 minutes. When I took them out all the juices...

RECIPE: Creamy Avocado Gazpacho
This was really good. It's going to be a nice dish to have next summer when it's too hot out to cook. I only used the juice of one lime. Next time I will leave out (or at least use less of) the water. I guess I just like my gazpacho a little...

RECIPE: Lemon Caper Stuffed Eggs
I made these for a company party and everyone raved about them! I added more lemon juice than the recipe calls for and put in quite a bit of hot sauce. I also chopped the onion and put the pieces in the mix, rather than the juice of the onion.
