Zurie's Tomato and Cream Cheese Tart

Posted by Zurie

South African Butternut Soup

This recipe is so simple, and yet is the tastiest butternut soup ever! I am quite sure that the chilli pepper has a great deal to do with its success, it really is just a hint of a burn, but brings out the rich, nutty flavour of the squash... MORE»

RECIPE: Cookies from Zimbabwe

I made these cookies for a reunion of people from Zimbabwe - Umtali H.S. recently - and every last cookie was eaten! Very easy recipe- loved the hint of nutmeg and fresh lemon in the cookie and glaze. Will experiment next time with some nuts.
