My parents are visiting in a few days and I want to make a pot roast, but I'm not sure what kind of cut to buy. What kind of cut do you have good results with?

RECIPE: Chi-Chi's Diablo Sauce
Really good, spicy sauce. I'm a little inexperienced, so wasn't really sure how to use this. I put some in flour tortillas along with refried beans, then used the rest to cover over the top, then put in the oven. Think there's a better way to use...

RECIPE: Sauteed Fennel
This was great. For some reason I thought that the recipe included onions. But luckily onions went good with it. This is the easiest way I've ever cooked fennel. Thanks for the recipe ![]()
