I am making a diabetic cake for my grand-daughters wedding, and she would like little rosebuds on it.
How do I get the diabetic frostings thick enough to hold there shape?
Is this possible? I hate to disappoint her.

RECIPE: Fabulous & Easy Potato Casserole Side Dish
I like this recipe it is very simple, however it's just a little to bland even though it's got rich ingredients. I did use frozen hash browns and they worked out perfectly and used a medium cheddar. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
