I have to make pasta salad for 150 people. Does anyone know if pasta can be coooked ahead of time and frozen? Does it turn to mush?
I guess I could try a pound but if any one has experience with this, please advise.

Wonderful flavor and very filling! When you need a "Bailey's Fix" try this one! I added ice cubes to the ingredients in the blender for an icy effect. Great recipe! Prepared for the May 2008 Flowers Event in the Photo Forum.
